Please note - the working hours for this role are 8:30-6pm & it is a fully office based role.
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Greeting all clients/guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing the reception inbox
- Team PA duties, and administrative support to the team
- Assisting with projects/events
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Event coordination
- Ad hoc facilities and office management support
What is the company looking for?
- Ideally you have 2+ years experience working within a financial services firm
- Proven experience within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Someone that is able to work in the office 5x days a week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Great time management skills.
