Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Hybrid working model based in their London office

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Qualify hiring needs with HR Business Partners and Head of HR; collating appropriate documentation, descriptions and job adverts on ATS system (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter and internally on our communication channel.
  • Updating recruitment tracker including the candidate name list
  • Diary management and scheduling of interviews.
  • Screening applicant CVs.
  • Conducting screening calls with candidates.
  • Headhunt prospective candidates.
  • Providing feedback to candidates on their applications/interviews.
  • Liaise with agencies.
  • Reference checking and offer management
  • Support on other HR and recruitment requirements as necessary

What is the company looking for?

  • 2 years' experience within a recruitment or HR role
  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • MS Office skills (Intermediate Excel desirable)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn
