What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Hybrid working model based in their London office
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Qualify hiring needs with HR Business Partners and Head of HR; collating appropriate documentation, descriptions and job adverts on ATS system (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter and internally on our communication channel.
- Updating recruitment tracker including the candidate name list
- Diary management and scheduling of interviews.
- Screening applicant CVs.
- Conducting screening calls with candidates.
- Headhunt prospective candidates.
- Providing feedback to candidates on their applications/interviews.
- Liaise with agencies.
- Reference checking and offer management
- Support on other HR and recruitment requirements as necessary
What is the company looking for?
- 2 years' experience within a recruitment or HR role
- Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
- MS Office skills (Intermediate Excel desirable)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn
