Recruitment Support Administrator | High-Growth Fintech | New York
We’re working with a growing fintech to hire Recruiting Coordinators who are highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering a standout candidate experience.
Recruiting Coordinators are central to the success of the Talent team, ensuring interviews run smoothly, systems stay accurate, and candidates feel supported throughout the hiring journey.
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
  • Manage candidate communications, confirmations, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and support hiring reports
  • Prepare interview materials and track feedback
  • Support campus hiring and recruiting events
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
About you
  • 2- 3+ years’ experience in recruiting coordination, operations, executive support, or similar
  • Strong calendar management and multitasking skills
  • Clear, professional communicator with a candidate-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with ATS and scheduling tools
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
Compensation
$70,000–$80,000+ base (NYC) Competitive Bonus
