What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: Associate Researcher
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: £25,000 pa (expected earnings up to £40,000 for this position)
General responsibilities:
- Developing a good understanding of clients, the industry and cultures
- Supporting consultants with pitch documents, idea generation to attract talent, headhunting and screening to match the right person to vacancies.
- Market mapping across countries i.e the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
What is the company looking for?
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who is excited about Executive Search as a career.
- 2:1 from a recognised university is preferred
- Minimum 6 months' work experience in a relevant financial role, Research or sales position.
- Exposure to Financial Services is desirable
- Strong worth ethic, communication skills and a self-starter
- Commercially minded, ambitious, entrepreneurial and driven
- A champion of positive workplace culture, collaboration and supporting a small business
- Arabic speaker is preferred
