The Job:
Job Title: Senior Global Mobility Coordinator
Hybrid working: London
Salary: £52,000 (dependant on experience)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Supporting and managing the full mobility element for employees relocating to and from London
- Communicating and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Manage third party relationships
- Using Excel data to run reports and present finding to senior managers
- Managing, reviewing and enhancing mobility processes
What is the company looking for?
- Previous experience of working in a similar role position, focusing on global mobility
- Degree educated is preferred but not essential
- High level of IT literacy especially HR Systems, MS Office and Excel e.g. V-lookups, Pivot tables
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
- Service oriented, proactive with a 'can-do' attitude
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Highly collegiate approach and a strong team player
