The Job:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Hybrid working model based in their London office 3 days a week and remotely twice a week.

Salary: £55,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Full responsibility for the hiring process of Tech position and ownership of its quality and outcomes.
  • Management of recruitment agencies and other means of talent acquisition.
  • Personally sourcing and managing candidates through user groups, networking, web, social, referrals, career fairs etc.
  • Regular and accurate status reporting on all aspects of the hiring process.
  • Writing job descriptions in collaboration with our team leads and CEO.
  • Screening candidates via phone or video calls and scheduling interviews.
  • Constant review and improvement of the hiring process based on qualitative and quantitative measures.

What is the company looking for?

  • 4+ years' experience in recruitment with 2+ years working internally recruiting for senior roles.
  • Experience recruiting in the Tech industry.
  • Truly excellent written and verbal skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience across LinkedIn, job boards, social media and events.
  • A track record of initiative and leadership.
  • Experience using ATS.
