The Role:

Job Title: Portfolio Talent Manager

Salary: Package dependent on location, £80,000 - £100,000

Location: Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds.

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Build and maintain a network of Board level individuals and other stakeholders across key functions and sectors.
  • Support Deal Teams to present the value creation during pitches.
  • Work with other functions to effectively understand the Board structure and present necessary adjustments to organisational design and provide a thoroughly researched and diverse pool of relevant candidates.
  • Measure and support performance of non-executives across the network and contribute to development.
  • Promote the Portfolio talent team internally and act as an ambassador for communications externally.

What is the company looking for?

  • 5+ Years experience actively supporting organisational change at Non-executive Board level within Private Equity or Venture Capital.
  • Evidence of a deep understanding of Private Equity and Portfolios/ fast-paced SMEs.
  • Demonstrable commitment to DEI within recruitment, talent, and/or organisational design practices.
