Position:
Junior Team Assistant – providing vital administrative support across multiple teams and brands within the Operations function.
Salary:
£30,000 – £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hybrid set up:
Initially office-based full-time, moving to 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after training and settling in.

Key responsibilities for this Junior Team Assistant position:
- Provide administrative support across the business, including CV formatting, document production, and portal uploads
- Schedule meetings between clients and candidates, ensuring accurate database updates
- Assist with conference and video call setups
- Produce and format reports, including candidate bios and references
- Conduct candidate research and market mapping
- Maintain compliance with GDPR best practices
- Support other teams on an ad hoc basis (Marketing, Finance, HR)
- Assist with office logistics and respond to basic IT queries
- Arrange lunches and support consultants with day-to-day tasks
- Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (SharePoint experience is a plus)
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous administrative experience and/or a relevant qualification desirable
