Position:
Junior Team Assistant – providing vital administrative support across multiple teams and brands within the Operations function.
Salary:
£30,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hybrid set up:
Initially office-based full-time, moving to 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after training and settling in.
Benefits:

Key responsibilities for this Junior Team Assistant position:
Provide administrative support across the business, including CV formatting, document production and portal uploads
Schedule meetings between clients and candidates, ensuring accurate database updates
Assist with conference and video call setups
Produce and format reports, including candidate bios and references
Conduct candidate research and market mapping
Maintain compliance with GDPR best practices
Support other teams on an ad hoc basis (Marketing, Finance, HR)
Assist with office logistics and respond to basic IT queries
Arrange lunches and support consultants with day-to-day tasks
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (SharePoint experience is a plus)
Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Previous administrative experience and/or a relevant qualification desirable
