We’re searching for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to join the London office of a successful, global alternative investment firm. This is an exciting opportunity for the Team EA to support a team of eight investment professionals and be part of a close-knit office working at the heart of the finance industry.
Position: Team Assistant
Salary: Up to £60,000
Hybrid set up: Hybrid (4:1)

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Provide admin and secretarial support to a team of 8 investment professionals
- Manage complex, multi-stop international travel
- Schedule internal and external meetings across global time zones
- Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
- Format and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Previous EA experience for a team, ideally in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confident, positive, and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a small team setting; proactive and self-motivated
- Able to remain calm under pressure and take initiative where needed
