Key responsibilities for this Team Executive Assistant:
- Supporting a 3 Executives you will be managing their extensive diary across multiple zones, arranging meetings, events and conferences
- Complex travel, accommodation, visas and expenses
- Keeping several steps ahead and able to manage an extremely busy workload
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Experience as a Team Executive Assistant within private equity or similar
- Experience supporting at senior level, being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
- Excellent communicator who enjoys supporting a busy and demanding Executive
