What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Team

Key duties:

  • Managing their complex diaries and inboxes.
  • Administrative support to the team.
  • Managing expenses and invoices.
  • Booking all travel arrangements and logistics
  • Assisting with event organisation.
  • Onboarding
  • Ad hoc admin duties

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally, previous experience in professional or financial services
  • IT Literacy - Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Proactive.
