Executive Assistant – 12-Month FTC
Location: Central London 
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary: £60,000 + 30 days annual leave+ discretionary bonus 
Supporting: 2xSenior Executives

The London HQ comprises approximately 35 staff, with additional offices across
New York, Asia, and the Middle East, each with 10–15 team members. The Executive Leadership Team is high-performing, professional, and committed to excellence across all aspects of their global strategy.

The Role
This is a full Executive Assistant role supporting two senior Executives, who report directly into the CEO. You’ll work alongside another EA who supports the CEO, collaborating closely across the leadership function. This role requires an experienced and highly adaptable EA who can operate confidently across global time zones, provide end-to-end support, and contribute to the visibility and success of these key individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and inbox management across multiple international time zones
  • Planning and coordinating extensive global travel itineraries
  • Supporting interviews, panel appearances, and investor-facing engagements
  • Preparing and collating board-level documents, investor updates, and public materials
  • Liaising with internal teams including Research, IR, and Communications
  • Coordinating logistics and acting as point of contact for senior visitors to the London office
  • Ad hoc office support and light events coordination (note: events are being transitioned to a third-party supplier)
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to EA operations and processes
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated EA experience at C-suite or senior leadership level
  • Background in Financial Services, Sustainability, or Not-for-Profit sectors preferred
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing international stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to manage changing priorities with calm and professionalism
