Position: PA to 3 HR Directors, working closely with a team of EAs
Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office, 2 from home!

Key responsibilities for this PA position:
•Complex diary and scheduling management for 3 HR Directors including extensive forward planning and support with meeting prep
• Frequent travel coordination
• Coordinating meetings, HR projects, and wider department initiatives
• Supporting HR administration and working closely with other EAs to ensure seamless support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
They are seeking a PA with proven experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within HR or finance but this is not essential. Strong diary and scheduling skills are paramount, and you must be happy in a role that is 80% coordination and scheduling. You will have superb attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful PA will be highly organised, proactive, and able to balance HR administration with classic PA duties. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are also key.
