Personal Assistant – Boutique Corporate Advisory Firm
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £40,000 - £45,000 DoE + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid: 4 days in office, Fridays WFH (every 3rd Friday in office on rotation)
Start: ASAP
  
An exciting opportunity for a bright, proactive Personal Assistant to support three junior partners at a prestigious corporate advisory firm, while also managing front-of-house duties.
  
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their career in professional services, combining PA responsibilities with client-facing and office coordination duties.
  
What you’ll do:
  • Provide PA support to three junior partners, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel and expenses.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a polished front-of-house experience.
  • Support the smooth running of client meetings – preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting rooms.
  • Assist with general office administration, liaising with suppliers and supporting facilities coordination.
  • Help with team socials, client events, and wider business initiatives.
About you:
  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or PA role (professional or financial services experience a bonus).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
  • Strong IT skills across MS Office; comfortable learning new systems.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
