Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Temporary Programme Coordinator for a dynamic and mission-driven organisation in the startup and innovation space. This is a London-based role with a primarily remote setup, offering the chance to work on impactful accelerator programmes, with regular attendance at events in Central London. The contract runs until Christmas and includes excellent exposure to the startup ecosystem.

Position:
Temporary Programme Coordinator – supporting the Programme Manager and wider team in delivering startup accelerator programmes
Salary:
£30,000 / £15 per hour
Hybrid set up:
Primarily remote with regular attendance at London-based events

Key responsibilities for this Programme Coordinator position:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of accelerator programmes
  • Organise meetings, events, and provide logistical and administrative support
  • Manage programme documentation, reporting, and budgeting
  • Support founders by facilitating connections with mentors and coaches
  • Assist with investor relations coordination and tracking
  • Contribute to marketing and communications with support from the marketing lead
  • Help deliver internal and external events and community initiatives
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business support role, ideally within the startup or accelerator space
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, independent approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in event management and multi-channel marketing
  • Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and managing multiple projects
  • Interest in innovation and the startup ecosystem
