Your Role: As the Executive Assistant, you will be the vital link between Founders and the smooth operation of the firm. Your impeccable organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail will be essential in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to make informed decisions. You will have a front-row seat to the exciting world of venture capital.

Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time utilization and efficiency.
  2. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries.
  3. Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and drafting professional communications on behalf of the Founders.
  4. Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  5. Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including investor presentations, board meetings, and industry conferences, handling logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  6. Research Support: Conduct research on potential investments, market trends, and industry developments, providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.
  7. Office Management: Oversee general administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and handle other ad hoc duties to maintain a well-functioning work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and commitment to ESG principles.
