Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant:
- Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, events and conferences
- Complex travel, accommodation, visas and expenses
- Minutes of meetings, preparation of materials and some private support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- At least 5 years experience supporting a senior level within financial/professional services
- A proactive nature and natural ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent communicator with advanced Excel skills
