What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Supporting the Reception team and the Operations Director
Key duties:
- Meeting and greeting
- Managing booking / appointments
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Clearing away and re-setting rooms
- Washing up and polishing cutlery and glasses
What makes this position great? The role is fast paced and dynamic, working in a team of 4

Background and experience:
- Hospitality experience essential
- High calibre customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- 'muck-in' attitude
- High energy and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of excellent housekeeping practices
- Hotel / Spa experience ideally
Qualifications: NA
Availability:
- This role is on a temp to FTC / Perm basis and so you must be available immediately or at short notice
- There will be shift patterns of: 7am-4pm / 10am-7pm and you must be hapy with both
