What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting the Reception team and the Operations Director

Key duties:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Managing booking / appointments
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Clearing away and re-setting rooms
  • Washing up and polishing cutlery and glasses

Qualifications: NA

Availability:

  • This role is on a temp to FTC / Perm basis and so you must be available immediately or at short notice
  • There will be shift patterns of: 7am-4pm / 10am-7pm and you must be hapy with both
