What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: HR Assistant
Office: Kings Cross 4 days in per week
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa
You will report into the HR Manager and play a key role in a broad range of HR activities required to promote organisational culture and HR strategy. You will manage generalist HR duties, across all HR functions,
Responsibilities:
- HR Policies: supporting the update and queries from managers
- Mat/pat leave request management
- Recruitment
- On-boarding: create and follow onboarding processes, inductions and check ins
- Probations: Supporting employees through this and share documents
- Performance Management and ER support
- HR Implementation and system updates
- Support across L&D / Training administration and Benefits
- Payroll support, VISA support, contracts, Health and safety, Health and wellbeing support
What is the company looking for?
- Relevant degree in HR or CIPD Level 3-5
- 3-4+ years in an HR generalist position
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive personality, right attitude
