The Role:
Job Title: HR Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 DoE
Location: The City
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Support HR Business partners with ER matters such as with taking minutes and drafting Occupation Health Referrals and support on policy and process.
- Advise on performance issues and absence management, escalating when appropriate.
- Ensure all Visa and immigration records are kept updated and assist with visa applications.
- Support the HR Business Partners and the Rewards and Benefits specialist with the annual pay review.
- Take ownership for responding to general queries from internal and external sources.
- Ad hoc project work when required.
