Group Human Resources Manager

C&C search has exclusively partnered with an innovative, multi-industry group to hire a Group HR Manager.

A pivotal role within a high-performance culture supporting the shaping of a vibrant growing business. This role offers the opportunity to make a huge impact - leading the charge on employee engagement, people development and HR operational excellence. The business has seen huge growth in the last 18 months and the Head of HR is seeking a right hand. If you are passionate about HR, culture, best practice and driving success this could be an exciting opportunity. 

As HR Manager for the group - you will the driving force behind a range of people initiatives, from coordination, talent development, performance and wellbeing to supporting with reporting, developing the framework for the team, and liaising with the stakeholders. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will work closely with leaders across the operational and creative functions, supporting the business needs whilst championing a people-first approach. 

This is not a typical 9-5 HR Manager role, you will need to bring energy, flexibility, and commitment but in return you will join a business that values innovation, inclusivity and continuous learning.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Providing day-to-day HR support across offices and operations
  • Maintain compliant and people-aligned HR policies and procedures 
  • Support the roll-out of an automated HR dashboard and data-driven HR decisions
  • Advise on employee relations matters and support a positive working environment
  • Design and implement creative engagement initiatives with the Group HR lead
  • Build an inclusive culture that celebrates collaboration, diversity and inclusion
  • Lead on performance management processes and 360 reviews 
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and annual reviews
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring managers 
  • Draft and manage contracts, amendments and documentation
  • Lead onboarding meetings to ensure new starters are set up for success from day one
  • Coach managers to build empowered, high performing teams
  • Support with the development of a streamlined operation

About You
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of demonstrable HR experience 
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and resilient — ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  • A champion of culture with a genuine passion for people
  • Experience in a fast-paced, creative, or multi-industry environment a plus
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
