C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to work for a well-established charity based in Central London on a 13 month contract basis starting in December.

Position: Administrator – 13 month FTC
Salary: To £28000 
Hybrid set up: 2 days in the office and 3 working from home

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant: 
  • Office administration, managing the inbox, co-ordinating meeting rooms and supporting events including travel arrangements
  • Acting as point of contact for all contracts – travel provider, telephone and IT
  • Supporting HR with health and safety, CRM management, some finance administration and covering the PA to the CEO
  
What background and experience are the company looking for? 
  • Proven experience of a variety of administrative tasks, and some HR administration is desirable
  • Passionate about working for a charity, ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy bringing ideas and making improvements
  • Able to commit to a contract starting in December 2025 for 13 months
