- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring operations are smooth and efficient.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationships with suppliers.
- Organise and support meetings, events, and office logistics.
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and manage expenses.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Provide ad-hoc support to senior staff and the wider team.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, approachable, and confident working across all levels of the business.
