Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring operations are smooth and efficient.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationships with suppliers.
  • Organise and support meetings, events, and office logistics.
  • Monitor budgets, process invoices, and manage expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior staff and the wider team.
