What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting the CEO and ad-hoc to two Partners

Key duties:

  • Complex diary and travel management
  • Managing Visa's
  • Inbox management
  • Expenses
  • Liaising with Senior Stakeholders
  • Gatekeeping

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • Experience within Asset Management, Venture Capital or Investment Banking
  • Longevity in your previous roles
  • Have supported at C-Suite level
  • Happy to muck-in and have a hands on approach
  • Be a team player

Qualifications: A degree would be ideal but not essential

Availability: You MUST be available immediately or at short notice as this role is a 12 motnh FTC
