Position: Personal Assistant (with FOH responsibilities)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (£19p/h - £21p/h)
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Personal Assistant position:
  • Provide high-level PA support to 3 Junior Partners, including full inbox and diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, expenses, and CRM updates
  • Handle communications with external Boards and clients, acting as a key point of contact
  • Support front-of-house functions, greeting clients, managing calls, and ensuring meeting rooms and office spaces are presented to the highest standard
  • Assist in organising client entertainment events and internal social activities
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous experience as an EA or PA, ideally within professional services (finance, legal, consulting, or similar)
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, articulate, and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to prioritise effectively and use initiative
  • High standards of professionalism, client service focus, and discretion when handling confidential matters
