Our team is partnering with a renowned investment management firm, and we are currently hiring for the position of Team Assistant. In this role, you'll provide invaluable support to a busy team of investors, working in a hybrid environment that offers amazing offices and an abundance of support and guidance.

The Role:

As a Team Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a team of investors within the investment management firm. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of the team. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in our stunning offices, with the support and guidance you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

  2. Document Management: Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

  3. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible for the team.

  5. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate team meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics, catering, and equipment requirements.

  6. Project Support: Assist with various projects, conducting research, compiling data, and providing general project support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, team assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document preparation and data management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling professional interactions with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A professional demeanor, maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
