Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting a PA to Partner of a well established Executive Search firm to start imediately on a temporary basis with a view to potentially be offered a permanenent contract.

Position: PA to Partner
Salary: £28-£32 per hour + holiday (£60-£65,000)
Hybrid set up: 2 days working from home

Key responsibilities:
  • Support one of the Managing Partners and the B2B Lead
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities across:
    • Search assignments
    • Ecosystem networking & business development
    • Diaries and inboxes
    • Commercial activities
    • Events
    • Other Managing Partner activities
  • Focus on key priorities such as:
    • Meeting preparation
    • Managing key clients and candidates
    • Driving search deliverables to completion
    • Tracking and advancing business development initiatives
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Executive Search industry experience as a PA or Team PA 
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation
  • High attention to detail with ability to work at pace
  • Advanced MS Office and database skills
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and client-centric approach
